We have established since 2004 and have secured many projects from high rise to low rise buildings, factories to warehouses and etc.

Afred has been in the cleaning industry for the past 12 years thru rank and file. He has been employment with cleaning companies for 6 years in managing projects i.e. Maju Juction, Lot 10, KL Plaza (under YTL group), Carrefour - 2 Hypermarkets, Putrajaya, Perdana Walks and etc. His duties involves from organizing, planning, delegations to even executing and liaison with both the staff and clients.

He is the partner of Effective Pro Services Overseeing Operations both divisions Contract Cleaning Services and Initial Cleaning Services. Currently there are about 80 workers under his portfolio. With his experience he has managed to attain a level of trust between our clients by advising them the best and most cost effective ways to solving a cleaning matter.

Jackie has been in the sales and management sector for past 17 years, She has been in the cleaning industries for 10 years and had managed to secure jobs in both Contract Cleaning & Initial Cleaning Services. As she has a versatile personality, this has opened up opportunities to embark into all industries to further develop the company.

She is also the partner of Effective Pro Services Overseeing the Sales & Development, the Administrative and the finance Department with staff under her portfolio.

Many new buildings/ developments have chosen to install stone (granite, marble, terrazzo and cultured marble) thru the years and these are expensive materials used for beautifying built area. However we notice, after many years the stone on the floor or even wall start to wear off the shine and became dull. We have help our clients enhancing back the shine of the stone by providing the most cost effective ways as to help maintained back it once lost ambiance. Therefore we have illustrated pictures below on the differences. We also cater for hoteliers such as Pyramid Tower Hotel & Sunway Resort & Spa Hotel, to restore back it cultured marble flooring to shine hence developed a maintenance program to strength the life span of the shine.
